  • Tell me more about Zazzle and what makes them so special
Zazzle is a Print on Demand website that allows artists, designers and photographers (like you and me!) to upload our work to a massive number of products in the Zazzle arketplace, whenever we so wish, and Zazzle takes care of everything else, such as the printing, delivery and returns. But hey, why don’t I let Zazzle tell you themselves … See Zazzle’s story. Oh golly, what makes them so special? I could sing Zazzle’s praises all day long!! Haha – I’ll try and keep it brief!! The range of products on Zazzle is incredible! From invitations to greetings cards; whole wedding suites; clothes and accessories; home, pet and fitness goods; phone cases; office goods; baby and kids; wall art; and gifts – so much inspiration!
  • What Does Print On Demand (POD) mean exactly?
Print on Demand means that nothing is actually printed until someone orders. So like a virtual store in fact!
  • Is it Easy to Personalise items on Zazzle?
Oh yes indeed! Many designers on Zazzle, like myself, allow their designs to be customised. Easy customisation is one of Zazzle’s most popular features! Personalising items is very straightforward especially if you just wish to change text to your own details or swap in your own photos into smaple templates. This can be done simply via the Personalise this Template option. You can also Click to customise further to make more changes, such as change the color of backgrounds and fonts, and text styles, etc. The Zazzle design tool is second to none. And if you get stuck customising an item from my store, or transferring one of my designs to another item by all means Message me via the blue button on my store page and I will be happy to help.
  • Do you personally print, produce and ship my order?
No, I am simply an independent designer using the Zazzle platform to sell my designs on their products. As such, due to customer privacy, I cannot see your edits nor am I allowed access to your order in any way whatsoever. Zazzle themselves handle all the fulfillment from printing and production to shipping. So you will need to contact Zazzle directly if you have any questions relating to anything other than the design. They have an excellent customer service team who you can reach via the following links. • I'm considering one of your Budget invites ... what does it mean "per sheet". How many are on a sheet?
"Per sheet" simply means "per invitation" (or thank you, rsvp or whichever budget item you are considering). Therefore there is only ONE per sheet. This product just happens to be described as per sheet instead of per item.
  • I'm not sure which paper type to choose. Can you advise please?
Zazzle has a large range of paper and card stock for their invitations and other stationery items. For my store I have selected some of my own favorites to put my designs on, but of course my designs can be transferred to any paper/card that Zazzle offer. On each product page, you will see a dropdown box with the choices for a certain product, which on a desktop or Ipad you will find to the right of the product image, and on a mobile it is beneath the product image. By each option, you will see a description of the paper/card type including the weight, as well as a more detailed description of the stock in Zazzle's description further down the page to the left. Here are some options I use regularly in my store for invitations, rsvps, save the dates, thank you's and more: BUDGET - SMALL Semi Gloss - a smaller size 4.5" x 5.6” , 110lbs weight, which is of similar thickness to a postcard (however is not suitable to use as a postcard.). These are referred to as "per sheet" on the product page, this simply means per invitation (or whichever the item is you are considering) There is only ONE per sheet just like any other invite. Satin - a very thin and lighweight 80lbs paper. Not recommended for invitations. BUDGET - LARGER This budget size 5.5 x 8.5” alternative is available in several paper choices. The SEMI-GLOSS 110 lb card stock is about the same thickness as a postcard, so works well for invitations. The FELT 100 lbs paper is buff colored, NOT white, so adds a rustic touch. The MATTE 80lbs paper stock is bright white, for crisp printing, great for your menus and programs, whilst the SATIN 80lbs paper is very thin and light, ideal for enclosures. PLEASE NOTE THE OPTIONAL ENVELOPES ARE A LITTLE BIGGER IN SIZE AT 6.75” x 9” approx. 5 x 7" FLAT CARDS This is the most popular size for invitations however there there are lots of other sizes which you can choose from from the dropdown list on the product page. You can choose standard or pay extra for high definiton printing. There is a choice of 12 different quality paper types which you can select on the product page and see the different prices for each. The paper types in this range are: Matte - 120lbs eggshell white Semi-Gloss - 110lbs bright white Felt Ecru - 110lbs warm color with embossed woven texture Columned - 110lbs soft whitie with horizontal line column Laid - 100lbs soft white with subtle ribbed texture Felt White - 110lbs bright white with embossed woven texture Kraft - 100lbs earth tone with smooth texture Linen - 110lbs soft white embossed linen texture Ultra thick - 240lbs eggshell white soft cotton texture Pearl Shimmer - 110lbs smooth white shimmer finish Champagne Shimmer - 110lbs warm white sating texture with a warm sparkle Metallic Silver - 110lbs silver tone silky smooth texture with luminous finish ALL IN ONE TRIFOLD A convenient all in one option with a perforated easy to tear off RSVP postcard Standard Matte - 120lbs light white eggshell texture Premium Pearl - 130lbs soft white shimmer finish
  • I love that I can add my wedding website QR code to some of your designs! Do I have to create my own? How do I do this?
It's a really convenient option isn't it, to have a QR code to your wedding website making it easy for your guests to reply simply by scanning the code with their phone camera to take them straight to the page they need to be on! I have lots of designs which include QR code templates on wedding invitations and RSVPs, as well as thank you cards, where you can add a QR code to take your guests to your online wedding photo gallery, and party invites with a QR code to the directions page of your venue website. Yes you do have to create yours to replace the sample QR code in the template. The good new is that this is really simple to do. If you are using Chrome on a desktop, simply go to the page of your website you wnat to create the code for (such as your Reply page), right click, and you will see an option "create QR code for this page" Click on that and a QR code will appera for you to download. Or simply search online "create QR code" and lots of free QR code generator sites appear. Once you have your QR code, simply swap it for the sample on the template. And if you see one of my invites that hasn't got a QR code on it as yet (I'm gradually working my way through them!!) and you'd like one added, please do contact me either via the Blue Message button in my Zazzle store If I'm not available for any reason, such as on holiday, you can contact a Zazzle Live Designer for assistance. Similarly, if you would prefer to remove a QR code from any design, simply click the Edit further button at the bottom of the Personalisation section, then click on the code and the accompanying text and delete.
  • Can I order matching items ?
Yes no problem at all. For many of my designs I have collections of all the matching items, which should appear on the product page beneath the product you are considering. (You may have to scroll down the page a little to see the collection). If an item you require is not in the collection, or you would like tweaks to the design, or any other design requests, please do contact me either via the Blue Message button in my Zazzle store If I'm not available for any reason, such as on holiday, you can contact a Zazzle Live Designer for assistance.
  • Can your designs be transferred to other products?
Certainly! This can often be done simply by selecting the alternative item you need and the design will transfer to the new item. Sometimes the design may need to be tweaked in order to fit the new item correctly if it is of a different aspect ratio for instance. With some designs you will be able to resize and move the text around by clicking Edit Further within the personalisation box until it works better. You will see on the preview images how it is looking. If you need help with this please contact me via the Blue Message button in my Zazzle store or a Zazzle Live Designer
  • Can I order a digital version of your design?
Unfortunately, No. Due to licensing restrictions I am only able to sell my designs on products via the Zazzle platform and not digitally.
  • I see you are in the UK - does that mean my order will take longer to reach me?
As Zazzle themselves handle all the fulfillment from printing and production to shipping, it makes no difference at all as to where a designer lives in the world.
  • What if I'm not happy with my order for any reason?
I hope you are delighted with your order of course, however Zazzle have a100% satisfaction guarantee so if you are disappointed in any way simply get in touch with their customer service department via these links: If you are in the UK, Australia, Canada or New Zealand this link has all the ways you can do this including Chat, telephone numbers and email If you are in the US please click this link for all the Zazzle contact details including CHat, telephone and email Click to see Zazzle's returns policy, and they are excellent at resolving any issues in a timely manner. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
  • Why do your links on your website take me to Zazzle.com  and not my country? Does it mean I have to order from the Zazzle.com site?
As a designer on Zazzle, I create using the US website, even though I’m in the UK. Why? As Zazzle is an American company, the US site shows their whole range of items, some of which don’t appear when you use one of the other country Zazzle websites. Therefore the links I use all go through to the USA site (even though you may get an alert asking if you prefer to link to another country website as you click on them). If I were to link to the UK site for example, and the item selected is not available on the UK site, you will just get taken to the Zazzle UK store homepage and may wonder where that particular item is! Unless the item you require is not available on your own country’s Zazzle site, you can order from one of the oher sites of your choice. What I would recommend is that you continue to the US site when you click the link to be taken to the product, THEN click your country flag, to be taken to that Zazzle site. If the item you require is shown, you know it is available to order on your country’s site and you will see the prices in your currency. Even though many of Zazzle’s products are shipped from printing companies in America, by using your own country’s site, you can take advantage of Zazzle Black shipping deal for your country.
  • What is Zazzle Black Shipping? Should I go for it?
I highly recommend it especially if you order regularly from Zazzle. You can subscribe via these links: Zazzle Black US Zazzle Black UK I personally LOVE having the Zazzle Black shipping option as I order regularly from Zazzle!! As a UK resident I subscribe from the UK site which means it applies when I order any product via the UK site. The annual subscription is small, and all your Zazzle Standard shipping costs are covered! It saves a fortune even if you only order a couple of times and the Standard shipping cost can be tracked and is faster than the basic shipping method. A great deal well worth having.
  • How is the quality of products from Zazzle?
As well as the joy of having a Zazzle store, I’ve also ordered several things from them and have been delighted with the quality of everything I personally have bought. I’ve ordered several T shirts which have proved very comfy and good quality and many gifts for friends and family which I’ve been very happy with – as have they! I regularly order some of my own designs on cards, invitations etc., so I can see how they look printed and to make sure I am happy with them, from a design point of view as well as the quality of the product, and they look stunning. I also purchased one of my designs on a throw cushion and was over the moon with the quality and how well made it is! So from my own experience, I’ve found everything to be highly satisfactory to date. But of course Zazzle’s return policy is in place should you have any problems. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
  • What is an Affiliate Link?
As a designer on Zazzle, I am also an affiliate for them. In the name of full transparency, please be aware that this site contains affiliate links to the Zazzle site and any purchases made through such links will result in a commission for me (at no extra cost for yourself).
